Would you please help me to pronounce " th "?

hi this is amir

i was born in Anaheim, and i lived there till i was 8, then we immigrated to an asian country.

since then i have not used my english a lot.

i have learned a foreign language but day by day i have been losing my english.

now i see i have difficulty pronouncing " th and r" (they dont have any words with "th and r").

i used to pronounce them like natives, but now when ever i say something like " this thing "

" th " is more like "s", and " r " is often omitted from my speech.

could you please help me?

If it's hard to pronounce "th" just say "d".

Place the tip of your tongue at the bottom of your two front teeth and blow. Try saying "The" or something.

hi try putting your tongue up against your front teeth and then make a th noise as you drop your tongue away. keep practicing good luck
