  1. the question is why?

for investment neither of them preferable.

for holiday both of them preferable at their continent.

if you have money and invest on something wait, not to loose.

  2. If I can only have one - let it be one of the new Zimbabwe $100 billion dollar notes for my scrapbook.

  3. Over the past few years, the dollar has depreciated against the euro.  If I was given the option of holding one currency, I would choose the euro, in the hopes that history would provide a good estimate of the future.  Of course, if I was really smart, and had a lot of dollars, I would buy futures contracts that locked in my holdings in euros, so that if the euro appreciated further, I would be protected, and if it did not, I could leave the currency in dollars.

Another part of my decision would be predicated on what currency I did the majority of my business in.  If I did most of my business in dollars, then the cost of exchanging euros for dollars could take a large bite out of my profits.

    So it depends.

  4. I would prefer gold over anything.
