Would you prefer to be home schooled via the Internet,so that you never had?

to leave your home to attend and record all your school lectures or courses.? now it's all possible with the internet.. what's your personal opinion.?

  1. The Internet is a great informational tool, and has many possibilities.

    However we would never want it to take the place of, or replace personal contact, and or interaction with other people; not in the classroom or anywhere else.

    Sadly this is happening already much to often in today's society, leading to the lack of "real" socialization skills so often wrongly attributed to home schooling.


  2. I've taken online college courses. I took an American history and Environmental Studies during high school.

    I liked it, but I have dialup, so the computer wasn't always working. Thats a disadvantage when doing these courses.

    I think its got pros and cons. On one hand, you can study from home, but you don't get to meet other people in person.

  3. I'm home schooled and neither use the internet or recoded lectures.

    I use text books and sometime courses at the local community college.
