Would you pregnant ladies consider this a healthy snack?

I have been craving Peanut Butter Apple Dip. It consists of peanut butter, brown sugar, cream cheese and milk. Mix it together well, and you dip apples in it.

Is it something you'd eat and would you consider it healthy? The only thing that concerns me is the brown sugar.

  1. Mmmmm it sounds really yummy! I wouldnt be concerned at all, as long as you maintain overall a balanced diet. If you're eating regularly, and getting your intake of proteins, vitamings, and veggies then go ahead! Enjoy!!


  2. I think it sounds Delicious! I wouldn't worry about the brown sugar, you have other really healthy things mixed in it as well, and it is almost impossible to avoid sugar all together. That is why they say eat it in moderation, a little won't hurt, I put it in my oat meal every morning. You also have to consider that since you have become pregnant you have probably cut out soda, tea, coffee, and other junk food, so really you are probably still doing better than before you were pg.

    If you're concerned about the sugar, make it without and then add a little to taste.
