Question

Would you drive a 1 hour commute to and from Mon-Fri for a job? Pay is the same as 15 min commute. If you really love your job would you? Does anyone do this?

Yes, people do it.  I personally wouldn't.  But it's up to you.

If you can afford it, take it. You'll be so much happier in the end and that counts for more than money, IMO. If you like to drive or can find ways to enjoy it like I used to, it's not that bad. I really enjoyed the quiet time on the way home listening to music and thinking.

BTW, if you really like the job, in the end you'll likely make more money because your job performance will reflect your satisfaction and personal pride in the work you do. Good luck.

well it depend on ur budjet if u think this job offer a great deal in future 4 u why not. but if it quite same with the nearest job then be smart about it. i've had same prob like u and this what i used to do. we need to calculate pro and cons to have the answer. all the best in ur future ;-))

it's depends on how bad your financing is.  If it really bad then take the one close to home, so you can save some gas money, since the gas price are so high rite now.  If you have enough to afford yourself, and you like the job, and you don't really mind, then take it.  As long as you like what you do.
