i actually am going to go out on a limb and say cutler because with oaklands lack of a running game it will open up a  pass game for him

ELi vs. Redskin's D.  Jay Cutler has not had a lot of time in the preseason to work with his WR corp, and Manning has a number of viable targets to choose from.  No contest.

I'd start Eli. This may be the first game in his life he is entering with real confidence. Cutler may emerge as a better choice later in the season, but he's had a slow start in preseason.
