  1. i wud go jamacia, i mean u may neva get a chance to be a bridesmaid in jamacia again, but u can get a new room anyother time in your life.

plus you will get a holiday out of it with the hot sun, whu wouldent want that?

you should check out some jamacian websites and see if you like it.

  2. i'd get the new room

hope ur aunt doesnt get insulted though

  3. Oh please..... bridesmaid!.....a new room is material. Remember its about creating memories that last and not furniture that will probably be out for a whole new set in a few years!

  4. I would take the bridesmaid, cause memories last a lifetime, and plus you will enjoy Jamaica, trust me it is beautiful. You will have a great time. Chosse the bridemaid. Hope you have fun.

  5. i would choose jamaica!!  i am going in december and i cant wait.  i mean how many people get to travel to places like that.  i mean ya a room would be cool.. but for me all i do in the room is sleep!

  6. Go to Jamaica ! Be a brides maid I mean you can always get a new room with new furniture. Why miss out on a wedding ?

  7. personally, i would get a whole new room because based on personal experiences, i think weddings are quite boring.

  8. new room!

  9. OMG! Helen! Not even in the WORST ghettos of Jamaica, would they choose to rob a lady in a Brides Maids dress! Not even the worst thugs are that heartless. We've all watch kill bill, OK kiddoe? I can't even see how such a non-issue is even relevant to the question above!

Now... about that question. My personal philosophy is that the most important social events in life are births (your birth, your child or newborns for others around you), marriages, and deaths (celebrations of life, memorials, etc.).  Celebrating these events brings more personal value than most forms of material wealth....including an entire room with furniture.

It will boil down to a personal choice really. If you are living in desolation AND DESPERATION and your current roof is leaking and has nothing but 'cardboard furniture' then the new room might actually take priority!

  10. Depends how close you are to your Aunt, (and her taste in bridesmaid dresses!). I've heard Jamaica is really unsafe to walk around, particularly for women, so you may end up wearing a horrible dress and not get to enjoy a holiday out of it!

On the other hand if you are very close to her she may be hurt or upset if you dont turn up, it was nice of her to ask you wasnt it?

The new room would be awesome but if you lose a relationship with your aunt over it, its not worth it.
