In an ideal world neither would be appropriate.  In reality...depends on person...some people are bat-**** crazy without mind altering substances...Pot wins every time otherwise.  Those "Partnership for a drug-free America"  TV commercials are bought to you care of alcohol, tobacco and pharmaceutical corporate funding.  Time to wake-up people!!

Neither. I wouldn't trust my life or my love one's to such people 3 beers maybe a small amount but still, it will have an effect on the judgement. Pot? No way!

Depends on the person, I've known some people I'd be afraid to drive with sober, some after 1 beer, some after 2-3. I've never spent time with a pothead while he was high but I would think that my friend John high on pot would be better than the average drinker.

high, i have been in a car driven by a friend all fuckeed up on weed and he drove better than he usually did only you couldnt talk to him and he kept pointing at the other drivers! it was funny but i dont ever want to be in a car with a drunk.

neither one,the affects would be about the same,some people drive bad enough sober or not high,so i sure wouldn't want to get with anyone that i knew was high or drinking,it would be safer to play with a loaded gun than to ride with someone like that,good luck.

I would rather be the driver.  BUT if I had to choose between those two of course the person that had 3 beers,  DA!!!   I don't even want to look or talk to someone that was smoking pot.
