Neither, But if i had to choose i would rather  be homeless.

Neither, but if left without a choice I would choose homelessness. I can find my way without a home but after someone is killed I would truly be lost.

I'd rather kill others than risk dieing in the cold on the street from hypothermia in winter.

A murderer who escapes from the cop and moves to another country that cant extradict me back to the US

Heck of a choice, but I'd choose "homeless".

My situation could always get better, unless I liked living on the street.

But, I can't "un-murder" somebody.
