I'm not sure if this is a trick question or not but here goes.......Depending on your religion dancing can be a sin because people consider it to be very seductive. Or if you are refering to going out to night clubs and getting your boogie on then again some people may view that as a sin because of there religion. I dont go out much anymore if at all. but I love to dance. So I do it in the house and enjoy myslef but if I had to choose, it would be dance!

Dancing is one thing.  When it comes to sin there are a lot of choices.  Looking back over my past, I rather did both.
