Would you rather die of an explosion or silently die of carbon min-oxide?

Either way wouldn't matter to me as I would be dead,  the monoxide way would make it easier to pick up the body rather than hosing it away.

carbon monoxide... at least there's hope of reviving me... if i got blown to bits... i wouldn't see them being able to put me back together...

Explosion, without a doubt.

The idea here is to die a sci-fi death. An explosion would come a lot closer to that than just falling asleep, which is what Carbon monoxide could provide.

Carbon monoxide has these particularities: It is odorless and invisible. As it takes the place of oxygen in the atmosphere, you can only perceive the air saturation when your brain is already in a work deficit that will probably take you straight to unconsciousness without perception of what's happening! :)

I'd rather not die at all!  My plan is to survive until they develop the technology to transplant my brain into a box on wheels.  By the time my brain itself wears out, I hope it's possible to simply be downloaded into a computer, and exist as software.  I really, really do NOT want to die!

I'd probably pick the carbon monoxide, id rather die in one piece than in a couple of hundred bits!
