Would you rather eat at a buffet or a diner?

good buffet is always wonderful, especially i love the breakfast buffet

but sometimes it is the mood, if you are going out with the special person, then, you want the maximum time to just sit in the table and talk

depends on the buffet and what they are serving...  my dad always makes me go to hometown buffet with him..  I am sick to death of it but the salad bar and soups are always really good..  so is the ham when they carve it...  

overall I prefer a diner since you get more specific choice of what to have

At buffets one of two things usually happens -- I eat too much, the food's lousy . . . or both!

I like a buffet if it is a good one because you can pick & choose & if you don't a paticular food item you can get something else & at a diner if you dont like it it is harder to return & they usually give you a bad time & dirty looks

Diner- by far! Buffet's gross me out because I have seen too many people stick their hands in the food, or cough on it, or it is just plain nasty.

Depends on the place - usually I like buffet so I can have a tiny amount of many foods.

A diner.  The thought that some lazy parent let their children paw through the food that I may want to eat disgusts me.

it depends on who you are.I tend to go with buffets because I'm a big guy but I have been known to go with a 15$ restaraunt meal and still be stuffed and it was tasty.But if you're a slender person you might be better off going for taste.

Diner....  I buffet you have to work for you food.  At a diner you can sit back relax and have a good time.  Plus, you are less likely to over eat.

Buffet  is good when you are in the mood to try a little of everything, but if you want to relax and have the food bought to you or if you are on a date, than a regular restaurant is good. Buffet is generally more tempting and I guess we can eat a little more than we should.
