Many spiders are poisonous. It't's like eating wild mushrooms; you can't be sure whether the one you're eating will kill you or not. Cockroaches are not poisonous.

Probably the fried spider lol. Spiders just seem less dirty than cockroaches somehow :)

Travel to Thailand and Vietnam and they sell those and many other in the markets, fried and seasoned, by the bag full, I have had both plus, crickets, water bugs, mealworms, ants and a scorpion once.

They are crunchy and not bad if you can get by the fact there bugs, but in some country's they are a snack like peanuts and popcorn are to you in the US.

wow..... since that is all you have to offer.... i guess i'll have to choose a fried spider...... something about a cockroach (even with all their protein) just turns me off...............
