  1. Neither.  One is for stupid people and one is for protecting yourself from stupid people.  But the bottom line, both are a free choice.

  2. cigarretts. guns are in the second amendment, so they can't ever change that. cigarrettes aren't. they can make cigarrettes illegal, idc. but people will still smoke them. just like weed is illegal now, but people still do it.

  3. Yeah lets defend ourselves with a pack of Marlboro.

like McCain said basically, what a dipwad

  4. Cigarrettes. It is sad to watch someone go slowly from having to many.

  5. The right to bear arms (firearms/gun) is protected in the Second Amendment to the United States Constitution, drafted in 1791.

As for cigarettes, no rights protect that!  It's your option.

Cigarettes kill more people than guns do.

  6. Cigarettes, easily. When you smoke, you not only endanger YOUR health, but you endanger the health of others around you as well. Doing damage to yourself is one thing, (and that's not why I feel it should be illegal) but when you start damaging the health of non smokers is when it's crossing the line.

Having firearms illegal would make things worse. All of the law obeying citizens would put down their firearm, and the criminals would still carry. What would happen if an ex gun owner was robbed at gun point, and is no longer armed, due to the firearm law?

  7. Neither because this is a free country you can do what you want to do, plus the government makes a ton of money from cigarette taxes...I mean some drugs that are really dangerous should be made illegal like meth, marijuana, crack/cocaine.

But if I had to choose I would choose cigarettes I mean tobacco can not save your life.

  8. can tobacco save your life from a home invasion?

  9. Cigarettes...

  10. Firearms

  11. Why would you want to make either illegal?  That would be like saying you want to make cars illegal because some people die as a result of their use.  The fact is tobacco and guns are both legal, so if you want to curtail death by their use you need to consider (1) education, and (2) enforcement of existing laws.

  12. Cigarrettes many people have really good points.

I live in canada so you have to go through a ridiculous ammount of red tape to "legally" own a gun, but in the big citys any junkie/drug dealing chump can get a gun from 50-2000 dollars.

Making guns illegal, just makes it harder for law abiding citizens to own them.

I personally have all the proper licensing including my restriced license, and right to conceal, and carry license.

Cigarrettes kill more people in North America alone in one year than all the lives lost by guns in the whole world in one year.

  13. Neither!

    It's a free country were i'm from!

  14. Neither should be illegal.  We should try to keep our freedoms and stop the liberal democrats from taking them away from us.
