Would you rather have roaches or spiders infest your home?

Question

If there HAD to be an infestation, would you rather have spiders or roaches infest your home? Personally, spiders give me the creeps and can give nasty bites as well...yet roaches are so numerous and could get all up in your food...which of the two would be worse? (Consider there would be an equal amount of spiders and roaches...)

I would personally pefer cockroaches becuase they might be disgusting but they are not as harmful as spiders. roaches can get in your food but aslo can spiders.

Spiders, hands-down.

It's a myth that all spiders bite.  Spiders are predators and go after smaller insects.  If you have a lot of spiders that means you have a lot more of other more undesirable bugs.  Think of spiders as biological control.

Neither, but since I got to pick, I would rather have spiders because they actually eat other bugs.

I know logically, as long as they weren't poisonous, spiders would be better (because of all the reasons the others have pointed out).  However, I am so phobic of them, that I can't even stay in a room with one.  Therefore, I have to pick roaches, because at least I wouldn't have to leave the house and become homeless!  Just grossed out.

Rather have spiders,since there a clean species,Roaches carry many diseases,some harmful and some potencially fatal.

spiders -- they eat bugs.  they are clean.  roaches are disgustingly dirty. Got too many spiders?  Read Charlotte's Web, and that'll make you feel better.
