I am a teenager, and I've always wanted to live somewhere in England it seems like a really great country and I would like to hear the opinions of people that live there, or have lived there in the past. Things like where are parts that are safe, but not too expensive. And maybe some differences I might see between England and the United States. Thanks =)

  1. Have you thought about Scotland? I live in Glasgow and its great here and the people are nicer in Scotland -  I think anyway........I maybe biased!!!

    xx

  2. ENGLAND ENGLAND ENGLAND ENGLAND!

  3. USA USA USA

  4. having been to both the uk is miles better and not so ignorant, everything is better apart from people from the u.s may find it very crowed, cause apart from wales and the highlands in scotland it is

  5. England for sure. Maybe like outside of london. :] I've always had a thing for England. I LOVE it.

  6. I live in the USA and had the opportunity to live in London for some months, 2 years ago.  It was hard, it was great, and I'm so glad I did it.  Now, I am preparing to return to live and work in London; and looks to be a permanent move.

There are parts that aren't safe, just like any city. And there are parts that are so incredibly beautiful. I always found the Brits to be friendly and they helped me out when I rode the bus, to not miss my stop.  Lots of history, great places to see that you only see on tv & calendars.  Economically, they are in better shape than the USA, and even most of Europe. But, it's an expensive place to live.

Again, it's hard & scary, but exciting and a lot to look forward to.  Don't base your life on a book that someone made up, but it's not a bad way to get a good idea to build on.  Save some money, go for a vacation and see if you still feel the same, but just have fun.

  7. I live in Germany, but if may choice was limited to those two places, definitely somewhere outside of London.  The longer I stay away from the USA, the more I realize that there are many better places in the world to live - the UK being one of them.  On the same note there are many worse places, but also many better places.
