Would you rather order your pizzas online or over the phone

I prefer the phone They have my info, and order history, so they know my preferences. Time-wise it's often the same. Online takes longer to navigate. But on the phone you're frequently put on hold. So time-wise, it's often the same.

On the phone.  That way, they can call my order back to me and I know they got my order.  I'm also funny about a pizza place having my credit card info. on file.

ONLINE is definitely better, and that's the only way I'll order pizza.

It does not take longer!  As a matter of fact it gets here in as reasonable time as phoning in the order.  Online is much better due to the order is crystal clear, and if they make a mistake it's THEIR mistake and you can prove it.  Already happened to me.  Otherwise, if you phone in the order it's a lot more hassle hoping they write down the order correctly, and if there's a mistake they can't blame it on you.  Not to mention if you get a person at the other end that doesn't understand what you're saying or is incompetent in doing their job.

I tried online once. I loved it. But I prefer over the phone... It took more time to order online.

i usually do it on the phone

but i tried doing it online and i liked it a lot more

no irrataing people on the other end of the phone asking you to "hold on a sec" or mishearing your order

Neither...I go in person and wait.  I tried ordering pizza after hours on line and it would not let me.  I told the manager that they should be able to take orders when they are closed for the next business day, but he really didn't care.  So I go in person.  It is fresher that way.

As long as there will be a reasonable guarantee that they will get the order correct, I would prefer to order online.

I usually do by phone...but i recently decided to order one there at the weekend online and they got my order spot on so no complaints.

Will be ordering again online for sure.

I had rather use the phone because then i know that more than likely i will get my pizza. If I did it online then I might have to wait the expected time and they not ever deliver it, then have to call my pizza in over the phone.

Over the phone; I like the human touch and I do nothing with money online.

i prefer on the phone because then the person knows wether you want thin crust or not and make sure they get the order right.

and its better because you can ask about there deals and stuff. its always better actaully talking to a real person instead of writing online.
