Would you rather play checkers or chess? Why?

I'm good at checkers and lousy at chess.

I like both games, but I would rather play chess because it's more of a challenge. You have to think ahead and hope your opponent makes the moves you believe they will make. Checkers is simple and doesn't take a lot of thinking to play.

I like chess because of the demands placed upon the cognitive skills of the player(s) ; ironically , although I am considered by some as a competent player of chess , all regard me as a exceptionally poor player at checkers - go figure !

P.S. I have a perfect record at Xiang Qi , Chinese chess , I have never won a single game though the games are similar !

Checkers, because I don't understand chess at all lol. But I'm sure once I got the hang of chess, I would like it more because it uses your brain more, and you have to think ahead, which I like to do.

I don't know. Maybe chess since there is a wider variety of pieces and more moves, but checkers is much more easier to understand.

really depends on the mood i am in as to which one i would wanna play.

if i feel like thinking then chess if i wanna relax a bit then checkers.

chess definetly because its fun, challenging and some pranks dont get caught but checkers is just same rule for all pieces and the game is over in like 10 minutes

I like to play chess personmally, more. This is because it requires more thinking , which I am into. But everyone has a different oppinion , which I respect.
