I suppose it would depend on whose hair.  That is, if I cooked a dish, and there was hair in it, it was probably mine, so no big deal.  However, if I was in a restaurant, I would probably ask for another (and different) dish.  Since my hair is short and straight, having food in my hair would not normally be a big deal--it would be easy to get out.

Believe it or not, according to a Consumer Reports (magazine) article back in the late 1960's, a frozen food product could pass inspection with  a certain percentage of rat hair in the meal.  Since rats groom themselves by l*****g their fur, this means that the frozen food product contained rat f***s.  After being cooked and frozen, there would be no germs, but nevertheless, I could never bring myself to buy or eat that particular kind of frozen product.
