It all depends on how you look at it.  If you prefer the overall medal count, then USA is on top.  But if you think having the most gold is more important, then China is on top.  

Basically, they are both on top in their own ways.

China!!! you have to admit that they're opening and closing ceremony of the olimpyc games from beijing was an amazing show than any other countries can't ever make...O.o

But the american swimmer, Michael Phelps was a gorgeous phenomenon!!(8 gold medals in 8 races!!^^)
