well 1 year ago i went to regal nail salon on osceola parkway to get a pedicure usually i don't go there but since evrywhere else was packed i went there to get fast service well the technician went he was doing my pedicure cutting my cuticles he cut too much i started bleeding all over they tried to make it stop which helped a little but didn't reliaze what types of stuff they were putting on my toe to help cure the bleeding well about almost a week after that i noticed my foot will bother when i start to walk i go to my foot doc he tell me i have an infection & an ingrown toe nail he asked what happened i told him what happened at the nail salon he told me the technician cut too much of your skin causing it to bleed and making you have an ingrown toe nail because they can cut but not too much so he puts me on antibiotics still having issues months after months he does a nail surgery on me 6 times meaning cleaning the infection out & taking out a piece of nail now it has been a year and i just went threw a very painful surgery because months after months dealing with this infection nothing was working now i have a couple of stiches and dealing with the pain of healing..... i went back to the nail salon they told me sorry and gave me a discount on my next service like i would actually ever step foot on it ... but i advise evry one PLEASE be careful on getting pedicures those tools are not sanitized they don't clean up the utensils used on previous customers not only this has cost me alot of money on doctors visits procedures, medication it has also time out of work i will be going to a lawyer to help out with this issue so hope all the ladies who go get pedicures at walmart nail salon especially the one on osceola parkway make sure they clean everything and they use gloves they are pigs in there!!you would not want what happened to me happen to you or anyone this has been h**l & painful

  1. I will not go to get my pedicure from any other place than my usual place for this same reason. There are exceptional nail tech out there & situations like this give them a bad name.

Did you know that for $10, you can buy your own set of pedicure tools (cuticle nippers, files, blocks, razors) that you can bring with you to your appointment to ensure you are the only user of tools & eliminate infection... well worth the investment.

But, if that isn't an option, I would make sure that I see that the tools are sanitized before sitting in the chair. You should not be embarassed to ask, it is a state requirement that they properly sanitize the tools.

  2. I had the same problem, however it was my hand. i started going to Regal nails in Jan. After 2 more trips I noticed a green line on my nail. I had the gel removed, but it was to late. I have to take an oral antibiotic that can cause liver damage. I am seeking council as of this week. That sucks !!!!
