  1. I would as long as that person did not push his or her beliefs onto others and that's exactly what the Republicans do.  They think only Christians can be moral and conservative.  Dumbsh*ts don't understand that other cultures/religions are more conservative then they are.

  2. I coud not do it......

  3. Absolutely not.  And I wouldn't vote for one how leads people to think he can walk on water either!

    McCain-Palin 08

  4. Absolutely.....maybe they might actually think clearly for a change.

  5. Yes. We have a separation of church and state for a reason. Besides I'm not very religious so I don't really care either way.

  6. Hitler was baptized a Catholic as an infant and never renounced his faith.  Catholicism/Christianity was very anti-Semite back in those days.  So who's to say Hitler didn't believe in god?

Regardless, I tend to judge people by actions and not by words.  I've seen many people who "claim" to be religious yet they do things against their faith without even flinching all the time.

  7. Whether or not they believe in god is irrelevant. Whether or not they believe in war is a viable solution to human problems is relevant.

  8. Abso-freakin-loutely!

I am SO sick of delusional fundamentalist's grip on this country.  Give me a man of science and reason any day!

  9. No. Just No, that's all.

  10. Yes I would and you would too, you just wouldn't know it..

Just because someone says they believe in God doesn't mean that they actually do.

  11. In a heartbeat, assuming he met all my other criteria for an acceptable candidate.

In fact I find it shocking that anyone who claims to talk to invisible sky pixies is considered sane enough to hold public office.

  12. If they choose not to believe in God then that is their choice, but I probably would vote for that sort of President if I believed in the issues that President stood for.

  13. I'm a republican, and if a great republican presidential candidate came along, but he did not believe in God, I would not vote for him.

"It matters, just as morals, character, and intentions matter too."

  14. First off, most politicians actually do not believe in God. Most of them have been through 8 years of college and they know the deal with religion. The fact is that most people who complete their education, do not believe in god. That is not true for everyone, but many polls have come out to show that most educated people don't believe in God. This being said, too much of the U.S. population believes in God, and it would be very unwise for a candidate to admit that they don't. Im not gonna name any politicians directly, cause truly you can't know who's lying. Just like how politicians always lie about their sexuality when they are homosexual. They say things that the public will like.

No one would condemn a politician for saying they believe in God. But if, for example, Obama said he did not believe in God, he would have absolutely no chance of winning.

But getting back to the question. I would definitely vote for a politician who come out saying they don't believe in God. I would greatly honor them. That would truly show that that politician was not going to BS us. I would also gladly support them, cause for once we'd have a president that wouldn't get the State and Church mixed up, as the constitution said it should be.

  15. I vote for people, not religions.  That means I take an ethical atheist over a hypocritical Christian any day of the week.

In any event, the current election doesn't feature any significant candidates who express atheistic tendencies.

  16. How?

    Look in the real world.

Who's being left behind with time?

Getting hit on the head with the Book of the dead?

With self lack of knowledge without being aware of being "Reincarnated" like the dead Mummy of failures and horrors of the past in messing up someone else graveyards being expose in time.

Getting themselves kick on the butts as casualty of the dead Mummy in kicking the butts of God in not worshiping God in time.

What do we expect the dead Mummies being "reincarnated" creaking and rattling with empty skeleton of skull and bones with two empty eye sockets from the twilight zone to do in different time zone?

    Luke 6.39-40,41-45,46-49

    What do you think?

  17. Most Democrats don't believe in God.

  18. and Sadam, Hitler both listened to music so I think our president should not listen to music.

Palin, Sadam, McCain all have sons so if you want to be a good president you better not have a son.

find more things to correlate this is fun.

  19. Sure.  I don't think being a good leader is dependent on belief in God.  Just because some bad leaders didn't believe in God does not mean everyone who doesn't believe in God would be bad at leadership.

  20. Yes, I would vote for a President that did not believe in God. People like Hitler and Saddam weren't chosen by the general public they just put themselves there.

Their have been leaders that claim to believe in God and done horrible things.

In other words, I vote for a President based on his/her political experience and ideas not based on what religion they are.

  21. I'm conservative so I stay Republican for that reason and others such as banning abortion

  22. Definitely not!

  23. well, bush says he belives in God, and look at how many americans and people in iraq hes killed. why should it matter really?

  24. yeah. If we have separation of church and state, why does it matter what religion people believe in?

  25. It is important to realize that you must answer to someone other than yourself
