Im planning to start one soon . Im going to make sure the prices are down so families can eat there often, I probably cant go and do a dollar menu but im do something similiar, and more innovative ideas that I cant say(secret) that will benifit the public. Im a pt chef so Im concentrating on making sure the food/menu is DELICIOUS (also diverse), because whos going to eat healthy if the unhealthy taste better. Healthier stops seem to be more expensive. Im trying to make healthy/better for you eating more accessible to families of all incomes. Ya know. So if a establishment was in a area that is struggling do you think people would come and start eating healthier ? All so if it was in your area do u think it would succeed? Any other advice please tell. Thanks .
