Would you recommend Ortho-K or contact lenses?

I have recently heard of Ortho-k and was wondering if anyone has used it and tell me if it is worth getting. What are the pros and cons of the procedure? Also, would ortho-k lenses decrease the possibility of your eyes getting worse? i've heard that they are very uncomfortable... also, how exactly does it work? are they like contact lenses that you wear to bed? isnt it bad to have things in your eyes while you sleep? and if it only works for about 8 hours, would you then wear your glasses afterwards? also, what happens if you dont wear them at night and your vision goes back to what it was? will it return to alsmost 20/20 if you just wear the lenses at night? i kno that these are a lot of questions, but i want to make the best decision possible seeing as eyes are very valuable. assuming that this isnt way to long to read and you have read to the end, thanks for taking to time to read this and answer the ?! <3

 1. You do have a lot of questions and a few misconceptions as well. They are NOT uncomfortable, "may" slow down progressive myopia, and works much longer than 8 hours. You can read reliable information about Ortho-k at http://www.noblur.com/ortho.html which I believe will answer many of your questions.
