  1. It's a high tech diploma mill. The degrees won't be worth the paper they're printed on in a few years.

  2. I loved it.  I took 6 classes online through them.  Everyone was so helpful from my counselor all the way to the financial support team.  I would still be taking classes through them if time and money permitted.  It is a little pricey but then so is gasoline.  I didn't have to purchase all of the books/supplies that I had to in conventional college either.  Out of six classes, I only had to purchase 2 books and they were both excellent additions to my personal library.

  3. well...Shaq O' neil got his MBA from there...you decide....

  4. If you are working full time and need to go on line to get your degree than congrats on your self discipline and desire to get ahead.  If you are a young student who wishes not to attend school but rather wing it on line, DON"T! It's not how they portray it, it's long and exhaustive and without socializing with other students and direction it becomes very tedious.

Also some of these schools aren't even accredited and they are expensive. So be very careful.

  5. why u wanna do it online?

  6. Absolutely not.

It is a For Profit corporation that accepts nearly anyone.  Since it is not selective, employers cannot trust its graduates to have learned anything.

U of P has a particularly bad reputation.  They were recently fined a record $9.8MM for having sleazy recruiting practices.  Companies like Intel refuse to pay for their employees to take classes there because they feel they lack rigor.  Many companies flat out refuse to consider its graduates for jobs.

In addition, U of P graduates make thousands less than the average person with a similar degree.

  7. I wouldn't attend a on-line school.

  8. No, but only because I know companies do not take them seriously at all.
