Would you recommend a sony vaio laptop/notebook? ?

Question

I'm tossing between a Sony Vaio VGNC353 Laptop

and an Apple Macbook.

Which one would you recommend.

they are roughly the same price.

The sony laptops are always good, windows vista is not as bad as everyone seems to think it is... mac-books Are nice, however they are way over- priced and not as cracked up as everyone says they are.  i would go either for a dell, inspiron or the sony v . they both are very great computers and have been competing with eachother for years. they have the same graphics cards (About) and can both have 4 gigs of memory (RAM) if you go with the Sony you get More for your money (when getting an apple you pay for the eyecandy) then you would for a mac. plus the Universal windows operating system that doesnt limit you. although the applestore is indeed user friendly it only puts what it wants you to think is good into its computers.

I have a Viao PCG-384L.  I don't like it as much as a Viao I got about 4 years ago, but overall, am a fan of Vaio.  I've always harbored a wish to get a Mac, but was never brave enough.
