  1. At one time, I would have recommended watching The Weather Channel, but now they have too many hot chicks there.  Watching it borders on being an aphrodisiac.

  2. I'd recommend chests for any ailment.  Female variety.

  3. Chess could be used to cure insomnia, however I find that you would have to be sitting up to play it. I know that when I can't sleep, if I am sitting up and get tired, then I have to get up from the chair and get into bed, and by that time I am wide awake again. So I have to be laying down at the moment I get tired. Some people recommend warm milk. I have not tried this. I usually watch some T.V. before bed and I even leave it on while I am sleeping, because finding the remote and turning it off will usually make me more awake again. I prefer something with a monotone voice like the History channel or the Science channel, something like that. Then I just lay there and close my eyes and listen to it. Before I know it I'm fast asleep. I happen to love the History channel and the Science channel (yes, I know I'm a dork), but the monotone voice helps versus cartoons or something with loud explosions or something like that. Try it out. It just might work for you. Hope I could help! :-)

  4. no, but i would recommend watching golf

but if you want to make sure you sleep, try playing chess while watching golf!!!

  5. idk about insomnia but its a great game to play i love it and play it all the time

  6. That depends if it's chess in the park with grandpa or like American Gladiators chess where you had to play the part of one of the pieces.

  7. Actually, I found chess can be the CAUSE for insomnia.

Ask anyone who plays correspondence chess or in tournaments.
