Would you recommend getting a case for a digital camera?

mine broke from a simple fall on a concrete.(my other one didn't break when it hit concrete and rocks)

so would you recommend getting a case for a digital camera to prevent damage and camera failure?

  4. Concrete can be very brutal to a camera. Finding a case that fits snug without pushing on buttons or the LCD screen of the camera with good padding is recommended. This will also protect it from dust and unexpected elements when not in use. Using a strap that fits around the neck or wrist will save you too! I have seen more times people dropping cameras when they were using them. I know two examples of people who were using the camera on a scenic route on a train or bus and dropping it out the window!

    These two things will definitely improve life the cameras
