  1. No.  They are too little.  They will be miserable, make you miserable, and they won't even remember any of it.  Wait till about 5 or so.

  2. Your kid will have loads of fun at Disney's Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom, and maybe Epcot. MGM Studios is in my opinion, very boring. Other parks, like Universal Studios and Island of Adventures will be too much. They have roller coasters and rides even I won't go on. Seaworld is good, because they have a kiddie area with 4-5 rides and a huge jungle gym thing.

  3. Of course.  Orlando has tons of theme parks that relate to children's dreams.  The child would have a great time, and I don't think he/she would bother you much if he's happy.

  4. Best way to go there with a toddler is to go in the morning after breakfast, eat lunch either at park or elsewhere, go back to hotel for nap and maybe a swim, return to parks in late afternoon or early evening, eat dinner there, and go back to hotel well before regular bedtime.

  5. I wouldn't take a 2 yr old anywhere for a week on vacation, leave it with grandma and take a little time for yourselves. With that said let me tell  you what I see all too often, I live in Orlando and the parks are a lot of fun, there is so much to do and see it will take you several days, all day long. I've seen countless times tourists dragging their exhausted children from place to place trying to get the most for their money, and things aren't cheap at the parks, admission, food, trinkets it adds up fast. Also remember at 2 your child won't remember the trip anyway, the first time I went I was 10, back then there was only 1 park now there is 4 + a water parks + Downtown Disney + Sea world + Universal Studio/Island of Adventure + a whole lot more. So my advice, come check it out for yourselves first and bring the kids when they are a little older, everyone will enjoy it more.

  6. Absolutely, they may not remember it but you will and there are so many things to do.  Just remember to stay on some type of schedule with baby's naps and feedings and you will have a great time.  You will love it so much that you will want to go again and again so that your child can experience something new with each age progression.  It really is a 'magical' place.

  7. yes but there is something you have to take into consideration... your child.

1- know their limitations. a full day at the park would be too much. get there early,  take an afternoon break/nap, then go back. it can be overwhelming place for a small child.

2- be flexible, go with the flow. trying to stick to a schedule at a park with such a small child is difficult.

3- remember to take time for pictures. cast members will gladly take your picture with your camera if you ask. don't feel like carrying one? they can issue you a card and carry it with you. every time you use a Disney photographer they will swipe the card and you can see the pictures on your way out of the park or you can go on line after you get home and view and purchase the pictures. from the last time i was there, park ride pictures have to be purchased at that time.

    have a fun trip.

  8. No doubt in my mind, My littlest one was about that age the first time I took them, and she had a wonderful time, although meeting the characters did scare her a bit but she was fine and we had a blast.
