I wouldn't want to be chased by anyone or anything. I got mugged once and for a whole week afterward I kept hearing footsteps. Now if my mind could play tricks like that over a mugging where I didn't even get hurt, think how traumatizing it would be to be chased by that crazy thing! It does sound like the Kool-Aid guy from what you typed. And why does he chase kids? Some commercials are bizarre!
