So I'm a really outgoing guy really funny great personality and not bad looking either (according to the girls) and apparently a great catch. I'm confident and have no problems asking girls out etc. I was out with some friends and I met this girl who gave me her number and we've been texting each other for a few days now, and when we hung out with all my friends she was pretty flirtatious with me (what with touching me a lot and laughing at my jokes and eyeing me a lot). Then my friend called me and says "You guys have this chemistry she must really like you" This surprised me cause i've never really felt this "connection" to another woman before. I decided to ask her out on a date and she agreed with no hesitation. Is this "chemistry" for real? Or is it a short term crush? What do you think?

  1. Well you do think very highly of yourself.

There is no way to tell if it's a forever thing or not. You just met!  You won't like this, but you have to give it a year or two before you know if you want to commit to her, and she to you.  Time will tell  if she's a quality girl, and if you're a quality guy. There are lots of people out there you can feel things for, but that doesn't mean they're good for you.  Give it time, take it slow, don't propose just yet, but do enjoy this new friendship and see where it takes you.

Love isn't something you're in.  Love is something you have and give.

  2. Unknown future, just enjoy the present.

  3. give it some time, go with the flow. don't rush things... it sounds like she really likes you.

  4. You'll never know if you don't find out. I would say you should have an idea where this is going after a month of dating.

  5. I'd say this is definitely worth your time. If your friend noticed the chemistry between the two of you, I'd say it was really there. You've really got nothing to lose especially if she already agreed to go out with you. Try 'er out, so to speak ;)

  6. I don't know i wasn't there

  7. Well you sound confident enough that you may know the answer to that yourself, yeah she wants to see what is up with you. It's not a crush, it is curiosity.

  8. Only one way to find out. If you feel this way definitely go for it. Don't pass up and opportunity like this.

  9. SHORT TERM

  10. sounds like a good start to something that one day can really be something special

  11. What's the difference?  And what difference would it make?

You like her, she likes you.  Hang out, have fun, enjoy and see what happens.

Don't analyze all the life right out of it.
