Actually it is easy for me. I have both these qualities. I always love it when I really did a courageous but otherwise stupid thing and people said things like "your really brave and that was amazing" as I was led off in  handcuffs. You get in a lot of trouble when you curse out your superiors in the military and alot of praise from the underdogs.

If so, then it would take courage to do something that you know will have bad consequences.

If not, then the stupid person is unaware of the decision they face and therefore requires no courage to make the decision.
