  1. No.

  2. No. Different ballpark with tighter requirements.

  3. Not even close. But that's not a problem. Most ATPs don't have the ability to be an ATP.

  4. I am assuming you mean 'if someone passes the requirements for a Private Pilot Certificate, would he/she have the abilities to pass the Airline Transport requirements?'

If that's the question, it all depends.  It depends on the person, their ambitions, their reasons for pursuing it, their ability to motivate themselves, etc.

Whether someone has the abilities to become an ATP is really very dependent on the person.  Yes, it's possible, but it all comes down to the individual.

  5. The more advanced certificates and ratings require the ability to fly an airplane with much greater precision that that which is required for the Private Certificate.

Certainly few people could step up directly from one to another, but of course this is managed by the experience requirements.

You need 250 hours flight time to apply for a Commercial Certificate, and 1,500 hours to apply for the ATP.  You will be a different person by the time you have those hours.

But it would be unwise to say that "anyone" can move up the scale.  Most people who try do not reach the ATP.  It just takes the right combination of skills and attitude.

    Good luck.

  6. Well I would say yes and no.

He has the basic foundations to understand some of what is in the books for the ATPL, but he has no clue to understanding anything about IFR or most commercial operations.

Its a start, but the level of knowledge is only about 20% of what he needs to go take the ATPL written. Besides you need at least 1500 Total Flight Time for the license and that comes with experience.

So I would say 80% no....20 % yes its a start to a few questions.

  7. Well:  it  is  known  about  "Aircraft  Answers

Cars & Transportation  basicly very important thing as Safety

for Professional Pilot's licesence yes Avation Training program to pratice learning skills !"
