Pamela Anderson would be the most successful.  Even though Pam hasn't won an oscar, she is everywhere these days.  Also, Kim hasn't had much luck with movies since her oscar days.

It depends on your definition of successful. Cindy Crawford posed for Playboy twice. Katarina Witt -- two-time Olympic gold medallist and four-time World Figure Skating Champion posed for Playboy. I would suggest that they are more successful than Kim Basinger. How about Jeanie Buss? She's Executive Vice President of Business Operations for the Los Angeles Lakers. Pretty successful (of course, her Dad owns the team and her boyrfriend is the coach).

It also depends on your definition of "pose for". Women such as Madonna, Uma Thurman, and Charlize Theron -- all of whom I would describe as more successful that Kim Basinger -- appeared nude (or at least topless) in pictorials that were not specifically shot for Playboy.

My cousin is dating hef and when i had her ask him he said that every woman that posed and went after their dream was successful. Marylin and pamala were already famous. also Anna Nichole was someone he said was successful because she CHASED her dream!
