  1. I love my AFL and cant wait until it all starts again it will be a great Knight for the bombers ~~

  2. I like the game.

Though I don't enjoy watching it on TV as much as I used to, due to the overkill of graphics, repays & screaming commentators.

Watching the game live - I never tire of that.

  3. All except for hating AFL

  4. don't care about AFL either way.

  5. Love it, and can appreciate a good game regardless if Hawthorns playing or not. Just love the game.

  6. I love my footy!

    Go Pies!   collingw08d

  7. Fanatical, footy is one of my passions, odd for a Yank, isn't it?

  8. Love AFL, but preferred it when it was VFL. and only played in Victoria.

Other states should cultivate their own league, instead of stealing Victoria's clubs.

  9. Absolutely love it but would stop short of saying I'm fanatical. After all when it comes down to it, it's just a game.

I think that's one thing that separates us from soccer fans, we can bag each other out all day long and still go down to the pub and share an ale or two, they can't even sit next to each other at a game without starting a riot.

  10. sorry, dont care for afl........i am a league girl

  11. Hi Forky, well I consider myself as a supporter of the AFL, but I love my FOOTY. I don't like what The AFL is doing to the game, but I would support my team anyway that comes. I love the game and I love the Tipping comps that go with it.

  13. Love footy ....the passion ...the friendships...and camaraderie, love it ...have played it, coached it, commentated it, have written a newspaper column about it , have been a suburban club  administrator, have umpired and been an AFL player spotter (recruiting) and then a  spy, watching other teams train etc for an oppossing coach.   I  was once requested by 40  players at one AFL club to leave their training  session, after being sent to check out their training drills.     The request was   by way of an F word followed by OFF!.       Yes, I'm  sure I love it

  14. Absolutely LOVE footy.

    LOVE AFL!!

  17. Love the footy!  Can even enjoy a Pies/Blues game.

    Hated the 43 years between 1964 and 2006 (inclusive) and particularly 67, 89, 92, 94 and 95!!!

Became fanatical this year in about Round 8 or 9 when it became obvious we were finally a real chance at a flag.

Became delirious at about quarter time on 29 September ... so yeah ... "fanatical" is probably the word.

  18. Bombers man thru and thru.  Love AFL, passionate, more important than religion but my g/f can't understand that as she is a queenslander.

  19. LOVE AFL, cant wait for it to came around again

  20. I would say enjoy the odd game now, moved to Adelaide 6 years ago.

the local paper only talks about Crows and Power, the only way to see Melbourne now is on the tube, I would go and watch when come to Adelaide but the supporters here are feral.

Besides I've two young ones now and rather spend my time with them until they grow up a bit and understand footy and the Dees'.
