Glad to finally see it.  The website this question links to got the story a little wrong, but it is true.  McDonald's offered "McWings" a few years back, chicken wings.  I know this because I too manage a McDonald's. We had to special order deep fryer baskets to cook these things.  And yes a deep fried chicken head was found in an order of wings.  For years I wondered if the chicken head was mistaken for an oddly shaped drumstick.  What I can't believe is that the people cooking and preparing the orders let a deep fried chicken head get to a customers tray.  Jesus Christ how dumb do you have to be to not know that is a chicken's head, it has deepfried eyelashes for Mary's sake.  Stupid

Just to let everyone know, after this incident McDonald's stopped selling McWings and they have never come back since.

Considering McDonald's doesn't even use real chicken in their McNuggets, and the "meat" that is used to form them comes in a gel consistency that is pressed into molds, thus providing the ONLY 4 SHAPES you ever find a McNugget in, if that was indeed a true story, it would be the first time in world history, that a real piece of chicken ever came close to a chicken nugget order.

That has to be fake!  However, McDonalds food is terrible and terrible for you, so I don't eat it often.

I doubt she got that $100,000.  I mean, yeah it's a chicken head, but so what?  She didn't even eat it.  On what grounds could she have demanded compensation?

Oh, and I've always thought McDonald's was the most disgusting food in America, yet I still eat there occasionally.  Sometime's it's just too d**n convenient.  The chicken head really didn't affect me much.

Several things...

I worked at McDonald's as a shift manager many years ago...I still frequent their establishments and have a friend who manages for them now.

This has to be a made up story of some sort. First of all the box the woman is holding is not the type of box used in America for a child's happy meal, all chicken nuggets are usually uniform in size etc... And not for nothing, people who cook that stuff do look at it and pick the nuggets up individually with tongs to put them in the box, they would have noticed a chicken head.
