  1. I wouldn't eat at a restaurant if I saw a fly touching the food.  I have zero tolerance when it comes to flies - they're absolutely filthy and I would have no way of knowing where else the fly had landed.  Someone wiping their nose with their arm wouldn't bother me that much - I think that's smarter than using your hands because the hands touch the food and the arm doesn't.

  2. I used to eat regularly at a pizza place in Indiana, and one time I was in the restroom when an employee came out of a stall and left without washing his hands.  Yu could see him in the open kitchen preparing pizza.

Since my pizza was only just then ready to pick up, I somehow lost my appetite...

  3. Flies are a bit gross, but there is only so much a restaurant can do with the door opening and closing a lot, especially too if people hold it open.

Someone that is wiping their nose with their arm is no problem though. Better to be on their arm than their hands!

  4. I know way worse goes on but I just don't like to see it.   not sure if i would go back..probably.
