Football is football and better than anything else on television, so my answer is yes.

I do ALL the time. I watch FBS FCS, D2,D3,NAIA,JUCO, High Scool. I even have about 200+ taped games. I take notes, study film. Oyeah I am a High School coach. But even before then I did. I am a student of the game.

Football is by far the best sport. It is more then cheering on your favorite team or a bunch of fat guys hitting each other. Trust me. Become a student of the game and it is much more enjoyable to watch.

When you can start picking up on the opposing teams tendencies  and recognize a 3 tech shooting the gap instead of being gap responsible  You can truly enjoy this wonderful sport. Also, impress the H e l l out of some of your friends.
