Would you stop and give them a ride?

Question

As you are driving along Connecticut's I-95, you see a couple of construction workers hitchhiking carrying NO HITCHHIKING signs. The signs are to be posted along I-95.

Would you give them a ride?

This a part of the other question about I-95 in the New Haven, CT area.

Sorry, no...Me being a woman and driving alone...I would not pick anyone up that was hitch-hicking....john I know that there is a hidden meaning in here somewhere...lol

Picking up hitchhikers is more of a safety concern than a legal one.  I would probably pick them up if I was alone or with a buddy.  I would not consider picking them up if my wife or daughter was with me.

hahaha, hmmmm. I wouldn't give the guys a ride, but I'd offer to take the signs down the road a piece for them.  I'd be too scared of the guys [presuming they ARE guys, haha]. Actually female construction workers also give me the willies.

No - mainly because their putting up the sign that prohibits me from doing so. They had better not disobey CT law! What a silly legislation!
