This mall will be visible from space.

This mall will reserve space for local businesses so they can compete against big-block stores.

This mall will have its own police force and military.

This mall will be emergency shelter for disasters.

This mall will feed the homeless with free pretzel samples and jamba juice.

This mall will bring over a billion dollars in revenue every month.
