Would you swap your baby for your best friend's?

Imagine you and your best friend (or your wife and your best friend's) are due on the same day. You and your partner always wanted a boy and your friends, a girl. What would you do if they have a boy and you a girl? Would you even think of the idea of swapping babies? What if the four of you agree to do so? do you think there will be consequences later in life? would you tell your child? would you regret?

wow...well my friend is having a boy in aug and i had a girl a week ago....they wanted a girl and we wanted a boy...but NEVER did this cross our minds. I would never be able to do that, once my second daughter came out i loved HER and no one else. I couldnt live with that on my mind, and for me personally and my friend im sure emotionally it just wouldnt work not at all. Its not right ot the child either and to keep it a secret is just wrong. regret it? yes! do it? Never.
