  1. No .. many other things are 100% more important - such as reliability, flexibility, delivery timescales etc etc...

    If you mean 'as a consumer', maybe (although I'm cynical enough to suspect it's all a PR exercise, and well aware that some 'charities' divert the majority of donations into 'administration costs' .. )


  2. Brand quality and price are still primary most in deciding which one to buy. CSR is really an 'internal choice' of the company in question -- what it does in this area, though laudable and enhances the aura of the brand, for most users, it's an expectation of product quality that matters most.
