I don't know depends on the bikini.  Some aren't that bad but others are to s**y to be around children and the parent(s) should monitor that if the daughter is a minor.  Really i would say depends on the situation and how well i know the daycare worker(s)

is the weather very hot? I didnt know that wearing a bikini equated to poor childcare. I dont see anything wrong with her wearing a bikini like the above person said its summer people wear swimsuits.
