Would you talk about someone skin for no reason?

Lets say they have a skin disorder called acanthosis nigricans, would you talk about that person or laugh?

Y WOULD IT MATTER IF SOME BODY HAS THAT  IF SOME BODY WANTS TO TALK OR LAUGH ABOUT THAT PERSON. THEY JUST  SHALLOW ..

I would NEVER laugh though.
