Would you tell me the hints about the reason of joining for airline industry?

It depends on what position you are applying for.  If you are applying to be a flight attendant or pilot or ticket agent, then you can say that you like working with people as well as working in the aviation industry and that you like the airline you are applying for because you hear they treat their employees well.

The airline industry is in the toilet right now.  I doubt anyone is hiring.
