  1. I would think it was touching.  It would mean that the ceremony really moved him and that he truly appreciated it - and me!!

I think it just means he loves you a whole heck of a lot :)

  2. Yea, I know I'm gonna be cryin'!!

  3. Yes, I think it would be touching for the guy to shed a tear or two, but if he started full on crying, that might be too much.

  4. Yes, I would think it was very sweet

  5. On the one hand, I think it'd be very touching and sweet, but on the other hand, if he starts crying, then I'd start crying, which would probably ruin my makeup, so I'd be a little annoyed, lol.

  6. I think it is so romantic. It is a huge turn on when guys are in touch with their lovey side.

  7. No way! I totally don't want my fiance to cry when saying vows at the wedding, I understand that some people may think its sweet & call it "tears of joy", but Ive always associated crying with feelings that are negative (sad, scared, etc)...if he was crying during vows, i feel that it looks like he is scared of the commitment, like "oh c**p oh c**p oh c**p" hahaha. I'd stop the service just to say "MAN UP!"

  8. My husband teared up while he was saying his vows. Yes, I did think it was sweet. But mostly I was trying not to become a blubbering mess myself, because his vows at that point were about him leaving for Iraq and how our love would get him through it. It meant the world to me. Not sissy at all, especially from an Army guy.

  9. very manly to cry at your own wedding. very touching and shows how much he is effected by the whole ceremony

  10. Sad movies or certain news events yes; wedding vows, no. That would make me a little nervous frankly.

  11. Aww, I think it'd be really sweet. But if he was snotting everywhere, not so much. :D

  12. I think it would be sweet.  As long as he's not a cry-baby or anything.  My fiance never cries (well once when we almost broke up he got a bit teary-eyed) so if he cried I'd just think it was sweet.

I can't decide if he will or not at our wedding.  Part of me thinks he will because of being "in the moment", and he's a super romantic guy, and I just don't think he'll be able to hold it in.  But the other half of me thinks, like all things, he can be a rock (in a good way) and tears aren't really how he expresses things.  So I won't be surprised if he makes it through the whole day without a single blurry-eyed moment.

Me on the other hand, I am a crier! I will probably be crying all day.  As soon as I see a family member cry (like my mom or something) I will be done.  So when I put on my dress I will cry, when i see him at the end of the aisle, more tears, probably throughout the vows, thanking my family at the reception speech etc.  We've actually decided against writing our own vows because I know I won't be able to make it through something I've personally written for him without turning into a blubbery mess!  And since I want people to actually understand the vows I am exchanging, we thought it was safest to go with standard vows. lol.

  13. I think it's sweet and I know for a fact that my hubby-to-be will cry when he says his. He even told me he would, but is just that sensitive about those things.

  14. not really...not even a little bit!
