Would you trust the Global Pension Plan?

Question

My mum's been told by a close friend that "people do it all the time" and that all we need to do is send them a €30 deposit and a copy of our passports and we could be in with a chance of winning £1,000,000!

I think it sounds slightly dodgy and so now we're unsure of what to do... what do we do?

I found this website but for all I know it could be posted by the fraudsters who set up the busines in the first place...
