Actually the hospital uses a little clamp called a cardinals cap that crushes the f******n while protecting the head of the p***s. It still looks painful though.

For someone of your intelligence level I would recommend a pair of rusty fingernail clippers. You would be like all your buddies, but a step above by proving how tough (and how big if an idiot) you are by your selection of equipment to complete the act.

After your p***s healed into a deformed callused nub resembling a cauliflower, you can sit around the bar downing your favorite drink relating to all your inebriated friends and revelers about the time you posted a question under the wrong category on Yahoo Answers that wasn't even remotely related, then heeded the advice of a faceless internet user and henceforth rendered your d**k a useless flap of skin that now burns ferociously when you pee.
