My local restaurant claimed that they have received an award for been the best restaurant in London. I checked out the company's webstite that awarded the restaurant. To my surprise the award company does not even exist, clearly this restaurant is making customers fool. Who should I complaint to?

  1. Well its depends on if the restaurant even looks remotely nice. If it looks like a pig pen then heck no! But if it looks okay you could give it a shot and if you get sick you know not to go there again!

  2. Depends if the food was good...that is the main thing is it not....yes they may use marketing ruses to get you through the door....but if the food is good then that is the main thing....I presume you did not have a good meal.

  3. If you want to complain, complain straight to the restaurant. If the food's good, why shouldn't you go there?

  4. The restaurant.
