As vice-president, I will send all of my citizens a complimentary 2.5 ounce tube of K-Y warming jelly every 7 years along with a coupon for a complimentary Sonic milkshake with a $400 purchase (dine-in only).  I will also afford each midget the right to decide how he will contribute to our society:  bedroom "toy", brothel maintenance staff, gerbil farm hand, or K-Y luge team cheerleader.  Of course, they will be a 100% employment tax levied on all wages earned.

The exception is Papa La d**n Cosa Nostra's pet midget, Lucky.  Papa found Lucky abandoned at birth, wrapped in a pillow case and buried in the ladies room garbage at Marla's Bed and Brothel.  He rescued Lucky and has been using him as a shower curtain rod ever since.  Lucky has been like part of the family, as we would have nowhere to hang the wet bath towels without him.
